A Shop You Can Trust Program Requirements

This program is a consumer awareness/assurance program to assist
vehicle owners after an accident to make an educated decision where
  they wish their vehicle repaired.

It is our obligation to ensure the participating members of this program
will be accountable to you, the vehicle owner, keep your best interest in
making repair decisions for safety and durability, follow manufacturer's
and/or tested repair guidelines, provide a limited lifetime warranty, and
be properly trained and equipped to perform the needed repairs on
your vehicles.

For this reason there are "industry first" eligibility standards that must be
met and maintained to be part of the program.
